Limited Repair Warranty
Warranty coverage applies to the specific replacement part and workmanship described on the completed repair record, subject to inspection and the exclusions below.
Coverage periods
Standard modular repairs
One-year limited warranty on the installed replacement part and related workmanship.
Board-level repairs
90-day limited warranty on the specific board-level work performed.
Liquid-damage stabilization
30-day limited coverage on the stabilization service performed. Prior liquid exposure and corrosion make long-term reliability unpredictable.
Water-resistance notice
Opening a device can affect its factory water-resistance rating. Replacement seals may be installed where applicable, but original water resistance cannot be guaranteed after repair.
What is not covered
Coverage does not include new or additional physical damage, cracks, bends, crushing, impact, liquid exposure, misuse, unauthorized or third-party work, unrelated component failure, data loss, software problems, normal wear, consumable degradation, or conditions outside the repaired part or service.
Making a warranty request
Contact Jordan’s Electronic Repair with the original repair information and a description of the concern. The device must be inspected before coverage can be confirmed. If the issue is covered, the appropriate corrective service will be discussed. Warranty coverage is not transferable unless stated in writing.
