When paid diagnostics may apply
- No-power, intermittent, liquid-damaged, or board-level faults
- Internal testing or extended bench time
- Data-priority troubleshooting
- Multiple possible causes requiring isolation
Other devices and advanced faults are quoted before paid diagnostic work begins. Whether a diagnostic fee can be credited toward an approved repair is explained before work starts.
Privacy: never submit a device passcode or account password through the website. If access is necessary for testing, it will be discussed through the approved intake process.
